March 11th due to reports people were catching Sheefish by the mouth of the Noatak River about eight miles out on the sound, we headed out to try our luck. It was 20 below zero and we usually don't go out when it's that cold but we bundled up and ventured forth in the deceivingly beautiful weather. Patty scored two to zip against Herman and I and those fish froze solid in less than an hour.
Towards the end of the Month Patty flew with another Maniilaq employee to Atlanta for a recruiting trip.
