May is also a busy time of year here.
Patty and I were in Anchorage early in May for a visit and we took a ride to Whittier , a town about 40 or so miles south of Anchorage that nestles on an arm of Prince William Sound.
The following were pictures taken in mid May on a few different occasions. The fishing was good!
By the 17th the thaw had progressed to the point that we had put away our ice fishing stuff. We then broke out the 4-wheelers and headed out on the tundra.
On the 18th Patty flew to Selawik.
On the 20th and 28th we got out and did some target practice. On the 27th we had a potluck at the house.
