Geez I feel the love! Hey I never said I was to busy due to work, I try not to work as often as I can. I am pretty much down to 3-12 hour shifts per week by my choice (and insistence). Seriously, I agonized over taking the Acute Care managers job not because I wanted it but because the staff needs someone to speak up for them. After thinking long and hard and visiting my doctor who advised that if I wanted to stay healthy and stay in Kotzebue I should turn it down-I turned it down. I taught my kids that anything is achievable as long as you are willing to invest whatever it takes. The job wants more than I care to invest. I have since applied for a public health nursing position here. I am looking for something I haven't found yet. Heck, I may never find it but I guess it's the path not the destination. How's that for philosophical? How about you, you working yet? Any chance of you returning here to gods country? Oh and yea I miss your sorry ass too! Don't get sunburned on your head (or anywhere else for that matter). Have a happy prosperous, safe New Year.
With love,
Carlo
